Wow... my legs are feeling it tonight!
Finally, after being steady for a week, I pushed the gradient on the gym up to level 16 for the lower body workout.
I hadn't realised at all how much my leg power had deteriorated! If I can walk in the morning i'll be very suprised!
I even give the arms and shoulders a quick blast on the tougher gradient... i'll feel that in the morning!
Come mid-Feb I expect to really start hammering home the cardio and start introducing some outdoor running into the regime, with Football training starting at the end of the summer.
