Day #005
Today, I hit the Monday gym blue's...

After spending nearly 2 hours plus a 15 minute walk to get home instead of a 40 min journey (complete), all because of the silly snow/ice, I arrived home.

The heating had well and truly kicked in and after being in for just 5 mins, I felt relaxed and did not want to start pushing myself hard on a gym for 45 mins.

Sometimes, especially in a situation such as this, I find it hard to self motivate, but at the beginning of this year I told myself otherwise.

So upstairs I trudged to a blazingly hot bedroom where the gym session would commence.

Having a few days off to let my body rest was hard going at first, but after 5-10 minutes everything seemed fine, I even worked on pure shoulder strengthening, which, last week, i'd have never been able to complete the full set.

My arms/shoulders are tired now but I feel much better for it - same again tomorrow!

I also still need to do this Urban button tutorial, which I promise is coming... I think it'll be ready by Wednesday, so keep reading!
