The first workout of 2010
Ok, so I didn't start yesterday... but I was still ill.
Today I feel much better, so much better that I dragged out the pully system gym (see below... yes I have this...)
Total Trainer Flex PRO & cranked up the dubstep on the computer and got to it.

I feel better for doing it already instead of procrastanating all day over when to start.
Hey, if one of your New Years Resolutions was to stop putting stuff off, why not do it now? What's stopping you?
Now, having put myself in that mindset, I pushed hard for 30 whole minutes as an intro.
This evening I plan to complete an hour and then my first day of my fitness regime will be complete.
A pic of me in my current state will follow so you guys can understand why i'm doing this... I really have let myself go and this year is most definately when everything is going to change.

Having this blog set up for after each session is a major incentive to keep going.. even if nobody comments.
